Now that the Christmas enthusiasts have finally said goodbye to their favourite season, a new, blissful period is coming up for chocolate lovers. Chocoholics, rejoice! Here comes the Easter Bunny!
During the Christmas period, we all gifted ‘Light for the world’ many likes. Their video even got shared 11,759 times in total! For that, we thank you form the bottom of our heart! Their campaign generated €91,144.90, which allowed local ophthalmologists to perform 1,753 vision-saving surgeries.
Accordingly, this Easter symbolizes a period of hope, more than ever before. African patients have now regained hope thanks to the eye hospitals supported by ‘Light for the World’. They and their families can now literally envision a brighter future, and we can only hope for the best. Fingers crossed! However, at the same time, we also hope to be able to catch a glimpse of the Easter Bunny hopping around our gardens with loads of chocolate eggs!
